40 Days with Plexus!

Have you seen these results???

I'm so excited that I just had to come here and write a blog post about it. The picture on the left was taken at my daughter's 16th birthday party on September 6. I had already been using the Plexus Tri-Plex for about a week by that point. I was definitely feeling much better and I had more energy, but I still was not happy with the way that I looked (obviously!). I was really hoping I would start to see some big changes really soon.

The picture on the right was taken yesterday, which is about 40 days into using Plexus Tri-Plex. I really can't see much of a change in myself when I look in the mirror, but I can when I see pictures. I saw this and I couldn't believe the change in me. This is incredible, and to think that it happened in only 40 days!

What am I doing differently?

I started eating gluten-free (it's actually "mostly" Paleo) several months before I started Plexus. It didn't really do much to change my weight at all, but I did feel better without eating so much pasta and bread. That was the main reason I kept eating that way. I liked how much better I felt. I've maintained that diet ever since, so I was actually already eating that way when I started Plexus.

Right after I started Plexus, I had to take some time off from my walking and other exercise. I hurt my knees and had to take a break, but my walking buddy also went on vacation, so I wasn't walking every day. So, this past month I really haven't done much exercise other than a handful of times on my gazelle and some walking here and there. I would say now that I probably exercise about 3-4 times a week for anywhere from a half an hour to an hour each time.

I'm drinking more water! I aim for half my body weight in ounces every day, and I've hit that goal since I started. Plexus works by eliminating the "junk" that we have in our bodies. Drinking water helps to flush all of that stuff out, so meeting your water goals are really important.
